More than 300 homeowners and condo owners cheered when it was announced that the HOA Reform Bill Part II will be filed for this year's legislative session. Many homeowners living in mandatory homeowners' associations are waiting desperately to see that the Florida government creates a regulatory agency to enforce the provisions created in FS 720.
