ORLANDO -- SATURDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2012

We will discuss the new HOA/CONDO Reform Bill on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 10:00 AM at The Holiday Inn at Universal Studios in Orlando -- after the end of the official CONDO/HOA Board Certification Seminar. Please register for the seminar here:

We will explain the provisions this bill will try to enact.  We will discuss with the audience why these provisions are important for the welfare of owners and board members.  Also, we will explain why everybody interested in the welfare of Florida 's community associations should support this bill -- a bill that will hopefully create more consumer protection and fairness in our community associations and will help to make Florida again attractive for retirees, snowbirds and investors.

And we will tell you how you can help to make this bill a success.  Only if we are all working together will we have a chance to beat special interest in Tallahassee . The provisions in the bill are not reinventing the wheel.  All provisions have proven language that already exists in other chapters of the Florida Statutes.
